Due to the nature of fragrance, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof of purchase and an unedited unboxing video. Each case will be reviewed individually.

Are Scents OF Pluto fragrances gendered?

Our fragrances are not defined by gender. They are made for feeling, memory, and atmosphere. Each scent becomes personal.

How long do your fragrances last?

Our perfumes typically last around 5-8 hours on the skin. Hair and Body Mists are lighter by nature, lasting approximately around 2-4 hours on the skin and hair.
Room and Linen Sprays remain present in fabric for up to 8 hours. Longevity may vary depending on skin chemistry, space, and environment.

How should I apply the fragrance?

Apply directly to clean skin on pulse points such as the wrists, neck, or behind the ears. Let the scent settle naturally. Time and warmth will shape the scent.

Do you offer samples?

At the moment, we do not offer individual samples. Each fragrance is meant to be experienced fully and chosen with intention.

Can I return or exchange a fragrance?

Returns or exchanges are only available if the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos, and an unboxing video as proof.
